Michelle, the founder of The New You Fitness, knows firsthand the struggles many women face. As a single mother, balancing nursing school, raising her children, and managing life’s responsibilities, she often found herself at the bottom of her own priority list. Excuses became her norm: “I’m too busy,” “I’m too tired,” “I’ll start tomorrow.” She felt stuck in a cycle of frustration, yearning for more but not knowing where to begin.
One day, she decided she’d had enough. She joined Conquer, a program that transformed not only her body but also her mindset. Through hard work, discipline, and a new outlook on life, Michelle discovered her inner strength and realized she was capable of so much more than she’d ever imagined.
That transformation sparked a new purpose: to inspire and guide other women to do the same. Michelle created The New You Fitness to provide women with the tools, community, and support they need to take control of their lives, eliminate excuses, and step into their power.
